Anna is a Holistic Business Mentor & Coach and supports intuitive entrepreneurs in building a business that feels deeply nurturing and in alignment with themselves.

Social Media and Content Creation have been part of Anna’s entrepreneurial and professional journey for about 8 years now.
She successfully built her first business, which was an online shop, completely based on Instagram, and worked for one of the world's most renowned yoga apps in the Social Media department.
Putting herself out there with the ‘ups’ and ‘downs’ of the Instagram Algorithm definitely influenced Anna’s naturally intuitive way of showing up.
Staying in her power requested her to develop new approaches and systems that made it possible for her to continue to consistently generate leads through content.
A topic that Anna really looked into is ‘consistency’ and how we can manage to be consistent in the long run without burning ourselves out! Consistency just isn’t the nature of most intuitive entrepreneurs, but Anna developed tools and strategies that allow you to stay in your flow, but creating a structure that still allows you to be consistent.

The Lab’s Curriculum
You will learn + apply how to strategically plan and create Content ∞ supported by other entrepreneurs, me, and all the input and knowledge you will gain through the lab.
There will be more than enough time and space for all your questions, working on things together, and finally writing and creating Content together.

01/ Content Clarity
You will learn about Content-Reverse Engineering, so you can create Content with Intention, as well as the different Content Creation Archetypes, that allow you to create a Balance of Content Formats and speak to different buyer types.
02/ Sustainable Content Creation
You will understand what’s necessary for you to shift in order to do less with more impact, as well as find a process that just feels more regenerative when you create Content. Plus: we will sprinkle some Human Design Insights in here so you can find an approach that truly makes sense for the way you are.
03/ Content that Converts
You create your first Content piece using one of our highly converting Writing Methods after we talked about perfectionism and how it blocks us in Content Creation, as well as the latest Content Trends that truly focus on Authenticity.
04/ Content Creation Process
The last day of Content Lab will be spent using two more of our amazing Writing Methods, as well as showing you how we create Content and which Systems support us do it with ease. We’ll also discuss if Content Batching is really for you and what alternatives could work just as well.
